Description
The Ojos Indigenas (Indigenous Eyes) Nature Reserve and Ecological Park is a private organization that is managed by the Grupo PuntaCana foundation which owns a hotel in the Dominican Republic (Puntacana Resort & Club) as well as tourism-related businesses (Punta Cana Laundry Service, the international airport...).
The reserve was created for educational, scientific and recreational reasons. It is a subtropical forest with wet and dry areas. Inside there are many species of plants, some of which are endemic, 12 springs which form lagoons in which it is possible to bathe. The Ojos Indigenas reserve is also home to many species of birds and iguanas.
There are trails to walk inside the park and observe this exuberant nature. It is one of the tourist attractions to visit for the many tourists who stay in the all-inclusive resorts of Punta Cana Cap Cana.
The price of the visit is $ 50 per person for the general public. Residents of the resorts of the PuntaCana group pay less. The park is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The park is located inside the Puntacana Resort & Club complex, between the airport and Cap Cana, in the southern part of the area.
