Description
The Rio de los Cocos waterfall is a pretty waterfall that is easily accessible in the Samana peninsula, in La Pascuala, between Arroyo Barril and Santa Barbara de Samana, by the road that goes from Nagua to Samana.
It is located in the middle of lush greenery, surrounded by dense and lush vegetation. At the foot of the waterfall
there is a large pool in which you can swim when the weather is not rainy because the water is often cloudy or muddy.
Salto Rio de los Cocos is one of the many tourist attractions of the Samana Peninsula which in addition to the beautiful beaches of Las Terrenas and Las Galeras has some beautiful waterfall and excursions to do.
