Los Almendros beach (the almond trees) is located on the shores of the Caribbean Sea, south of Bani, province of Peravia.
It is a fairly large beach with a mixture of gravel, pebbles, and gray sand. Depending on the period, the sea can be rough with quite strong waves, swimming is not recommended for children and people who do not know how to swim well.
It is easily accessible with ample parking and there are several places to buy food and drinks. there is even a restaurant with a pool. It is a beautiful beach, excellent for photographic sections.
Los Almendros beach is frequented mostly by baníes and from the region who come on weekends and holidays to enjoy the beach.
