This is the second time I have stayed at the Palms. It is an adults only complex. I found this place reasonably priced. It is quiet as people tend to stay to themselves. Manuel, John and Alex are all very personable. They are very attentive and accommodating.

Do not rent here. they rent to Foreigners who only want to F--f. There is noise in the evening. The owners of the apartment refuse to return deposits. They will cheat you when they can.
