Villa Mar in Sosua is composed of a large wooden main building, home to the owner permanently, Sabine, who is German and her children.

On the ground floor are available two large double bedrooms with terrace.

On the side were added two small two-story buildings with a total of four spacious two-bedroom apartments. They are available for rent, short and long term.

Villa Mar is located in Sosua on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, with a view over the bay of Sosua. It is a tourist town with beautiful beaches, restaurants, bars, supermarkets ... all necessary for the holidays. In addition to the beach there are beautiful walks and visits to do in the area (Puerto Plata, Cabrera, Cabarete, Rio San Juan...).
