I felt very good when I went, but we must improve customer service and the disco close later.

We were a family of 12 and we had a horrible experience at this hotel! Poor cleaning, poor management and the food is a disaster, 12 people including children, we were intoxicated 9. The bathrooms were again a disaster, they do not seem to have had cleaned for months. They have no customer service. A disappointment for me and my family to come so far to get such bad service! Capella Hotel Juan Dolio you deserve to be closed.
