Taino Valley is 30 minutes from Puerto Plata and Sosua, in the north of the Dominican Republic, it is open daily from 9am to 4:30pm.

The tropical park offers a walk of about 1h to 1h30 in the middle of lush vegetation to discover the countryside. Visitors are accompanied by a guide who shows and explains all the different varieties of plants, flowers and trees along the way. He will also introduce you to the Taino culture. Throughout the course visitors to discover various attractions and animals such as chickens, birds, fish. The walk is accessible to adults and children, there are no particular difficulties.

The Taino Valley Tropical Park is an ecological attraction garden with private management. It is easy to find on the road that connects Puerto Plata to Santiago de los Caballeros.
