Villa Niviades is located in the small town of Cumayasa, a few miles before La Romana and about a 62 miles (100 km) from Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.

The vacation home for rent is located by the sea (but not the beach) with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. It has a swimming pool, two Jacuzzis (one with fresh water and one with sea water), a terrace with sea view, a barbecue, a living room with a billiards table, a full kitchen, a parking and three air-conditioned bedrooms for a maximum of 14 people.

Cumayasa beach is 5 minutes from villa Niviades and Bayahibe beaches is 45 minutes. Cumayasa is a small peaceful village located at the mouth of the river of the same name. Vacation rental customers will find everything they need in La Romana (supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, banks...).
