Terrible, that word perfectly describes my experience at that hotel. My partner and I were locked in the bathroom because the lock didn't work, it's something they should notice and fix immediately or at least let us know. If I had been alone there, I don't know how I would have gotten out of the bathroom. If you go, check the locks.

The electric plugs of the room are badly located too far from the bed I do not know if it is for safety but it is a bit uncomfortable to load the cell phone on the roof almost.
