Villa Maria is a small aparthotel that offers budget studios for one or two people and two-bedroom apartments for four. It is located in Cabarete, on the north coast of the Dominican Republic, about 12.4 miles (20 km) from Puerto Plata airport.

The studios have a balcony with a view of the garden and the swimming pool, a small kitchen and a seating area with TV and wifi. The apartments are located on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the pool, a living room, an equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare food. Note that there is no air conditioning in the rooms.

Villa Maria has a car park, a laundry service, a large swimming pool and a garden. Small pets are accepted on request.

In the vicinity of the property visitors will find restaurants, bars, nightclubs, supermarkets... everything you need for a great holiday in the Dominican Republic.

Cabarete is a small tourist town dedicated to water sports and mainly to kitesurfing and surfing. Kitebeach has exceptional sea conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
