I have stayed in this place several times when I go on vacation to Rd, it should be noted that never a simple room, but the service yesterday was lousy, the room had no menu and when I asked they told me that they can tell me what they have, the television without control and they lasted more than half an hour to take the bill, which includes the sheets and towels. I ordered a meal that arrived incomplete. In other words, I don't know if they are short-staffed or it is simply because of the type of cabin.
