I was in that hotel everything seems good, it lacks a little more attention from the employees but everything is very good.

Very bad service, the room with roaches, the rooms are old, noisy, not recommended at all, very bad experience.

Excellent, we had a fantastic weekend, it was my husband's birthday and we received excellent service at this all-inclusive hotel in Boca Chica.

Terrible service, worst I have encountered among the 4 star hotels, the always cold food like snack, little variety, the staff did not respond to questions, drinks from the bar very ordinary and tasteless. It would improve service, the best was the beach, gardens and green spaces, the very expensive Pelican restaurant.
