Terribly disappointed by this hotel which gives itself air of luxury but which is far (very far) to be at the height: no hot water, no sound insulation between the rooms, not enough towels, no breakfast included + no choice in breakfast (no tea !!!!!), no automatic room service (must be requested), a deplorable service in the face of customer dissatisfaction (no commercial gesture despite the errors on the part of the hotel).
