Ecobatey is an ecological and sustainable farm in Rancho Arriba, north of San Jose de Ocoa. The farm offers rustic accommodation for nature lovers who wish to discover the Dominican Republic in a different way. Ecobatey is nearly 1000 m. above sea level, in the middle of a subtropical Caribbean forest in the central mountain range of the Dominican Republic.

Hospederia El Almazen offers two or three day programs that include meals, drinks, accommodation and treks. The property offers simple but comfortable accommodation. There are two private rooms (4 or 5 people) and a dormitory for 6 or 7 people.
