Villa Real is located in the Playa Nueva Romana complex, between San Pedro de Macoris and La Romana, about 1 hour from Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic.

The holiday home is a hundred meters from the private beach of the complex, it has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people (3 bedrooms have a double bed, 1 bedroom 2 double beds and the sofa bed in the living room) , a living room which is a dining room, an American kitchen with a bar, a garden with a barbecue and a swimming pool.

Guests of Villa Réal can use the facilities (some activities may be chargeable) of the complex such as golf, tennis court, beach club, restaurants, swimming pools, the beach...

The residential complex is ideally located by the Caribbean Sea, between Santo Domingo and Punta Cana. Customers can go to the capital to visit the Colonial Zone and shop in the many shopping centers, visit the nearby beaches (Juan Dolio, Bayahibe, Dominicus...), visit the medieval village of Alto de Chavon or go have fun in the amusement parks of the Punta Cana Bavaro area.
