Cabana Tropical is located Carretera Sanchez, at the entrance to Comendador (Elias Pina) coming from Las Matas de Farfan.
It is a very basic establishment which offers single rooms (no air conditioning, no television) which is reserved for adults.
This region is not touristy and the accommodation offer is very limited. Comendador is over a four hour drive from Santo Domingoo. Trade with the neighboring country (Haiti) is the main source of income with agriculture.
