Very poor customer service. They invite you to stay and they tell you that there is hot water for you to stay, then it turns out to be a lie. They require you to pay in advance. There is never hot water. They always have an excuse for room problems. Bathrooms are not hygienic.

Excellent service, good hygiene and great hospitality. Probably today one of the best hotels in Constanta. It is the best hotel to rest in this paradise destination. I recommend it 100%.

First, this hotel is in a third world country. If you expect facilities and service such as in America, forget it. It is however, probably the best hotel in Constanza. The family running the place are great people and will go the extra mile to accommodate you. Not everything is perfect but it can be dealt with. They don't clean your room unless you tell them to. If you need clean towels you'll probably have to ask for them. The one thing that is a real bummer is this, they don't provide wash cloths. Bu

I can not believe the condition of this hotel. The rooms are in poor condition, with old sheets, the bathroom is dirty, half-broken mirror, a small sink and the bathroom shower did not even head. The water is very cold and no heat. There is no door separating the bedroom from the bathroom and is very uncomfortable for someone else. On weekends, at night, you could hear loud music without sleep.
