The staff is kind but the wifi is unreliable. The bathroom door is broken. We were given dirty dingy towels. The door with access to the pool is cracked and the morning light breaks into the room. The staff that is working construction plays the radio excessively loud into the morning hours, 4 days without being able to sleep and having to pay so much to be here. Were checking out tomorrow morning because we can't take it.

This hotel has the most friendliest staff you will ever meet. I'm extremely familiar with Novus. Have stayed there many times before even remember when the price was 2200 for a single room now it's close to 2800. This hotel needs work. In many of my different stays I've had a room that the door didn't close right. The bed literally broke while I laid there and the shower head was broken off completely. The good thing about this hotel is again the staff and the location. Everything else needs some work!

I liked the place is very nice, but the cost is very high, we know that everything is expensive, but they should improve the price.
