El Seibo
Capital of the province
of the same name, his full name is Santa Cruz del Seibo,
is one of the oldest cities in the country.
El Seibo is a province of the Dominican Republic
to the east. This is one of five original provinces created by the
first Dominican constitution.
El Seibo has attractive natural tourist
attractions, suitable for carrying various types of mountain
sports such as mountaineering.
The main rivers of the province are the Soco, which flows into the
Caribbean Sea. Also the Chavon River, which after passing through
the provinces of La
Romana and La Altagracia empties into the Caribbean Sea.

El Seibo also several balnearios, ponds and waterfalls. The most
important are La Cascada Blanca and natural lagoons located within
the town of Miches. Other attractions of the area are the caves
of "La Chiva" and "The Hondoná" where

in the area around the town of Miches.

Salto Grande or Cascada Blanca
