The holiday home is huge (over 700 m2) with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (10 people), 4 bathrooms, maid service, possibility to hire the services of a cook, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, several terraces , a billiards table, a bar, a kitchen... the swimming pool and the terraces have a breathtaking view of the ocean and the surroundings of the luxury villa.

Casa Phil is located between Playa Las Ballenas (quickly accessible on foot) and Bonita beach, just 15 minutes from the center of Las Terrenas. All along the way to the village there are restaurants, bars, hotels, residences ... In the village customers will find many restaurants (French, Italian, Dominican, Pizzerias), bars, supermarkets... everything to have a wonderful holiday.
