Very good decoration and comfortable rooms. The staff is very slow when you request a service. In my case the music system made a horrible noise, I called to have it fixed and they never fixed it. I had to run away.

I just called to verify the price of a hotel room for 4 hours, and what do they say? They don't give prices over the phone. You have to go straight there. And that nonsense so out of logic? The price is supposed to give you an idea of how much you should budget to have a good time with your partner. They are the end. I have never gone there. I already lost the desire to go.

The service is very bad, I wanted to go but I will not go anymore because they are supposed to have a phone to receive calls, give information, and answer questions. In my case I called and asked for a price and they told me that they do not give a price over the phone.
