Bad smell of urine, lousy service, a lot of noise from the staff in the corridors, torn sheets, among others.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, there was a lemongrass in the bathtub. Room service is not that efficient. At the level of physical structure it is decent. Service and facilities can be further improved. Currently the price is not proportional to the quality of the service and hygiene.
