Are thieves and incompetent: 1. I called from Mexico and they told me they did not do the booking because there were a lot of empty rooms. 2. As I arrived too late, a friend went to the reservation. they told me that it was 620 pesos and they asked him 855 pesos. 3. When I arrived it was 3am and they asked me 745 pesos more. 4. I could not bathe with hot water. there were none.
