We booked 5 rooms in this hotel almost a month in advance, when we arrived they had given two of our rooms to someone else, they gave us another one for that night and then they moved us to another room when it was vacated, the hotel is noisy at night, If you need an extra pillow or sheet, do not ask for it, the man at the reception will tell you that he is not obliged to give it to you, even if you do not ask for it to be cleaned, they take advantage of the fact that you are not in your room and supposedly

I reserved a room for April 11 and 12 in a single room for 1,200 pesos per night. Without prior notice and upon arrival at the hotel they informed me that because it was Easter the price was double. I asked to speak to the owner and a Haitian who works there denied me. I informed him that I would file a complaint and he himself, in a contemptuous tone, told me to do so. What they did besides deception is fraud. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL...!!!

Good morning, hereby we express our disagreement with what happened TO ME AND MY WIFE at your hotel (HOTEL REA, BARAHONA). After having reserved a room a few days before for Friday, October 02, warning that we would arrive at 7 at night and after having called that same Friday at 3 in the afternoon to confirm we arrived at the hotel and it turns out that our room it was already occupied by someone else.

The sinks are clogged, the rooms dirty. They had to move us to another room. Very expensive. Employees are apathetic, crude, and offer no solutions to anything.
