Villa Altea is located at the edge of the bay, between Sanchez and Santa Barbara de Samana, Samana peninsula, in the northeast of the Dominican Republic.

The holiday home has a swimming pool, a large terrace with stunning views over the bay, a living room with TV, a kitchen and 9 bedrooms. It can accommodate up to 18 people. It is perfect for holidays with family and for groups of friends.

Villa Altea has a private beach area and a large garden.

Customers who rent this large villa will be able to visit the entire Samana peninsula (Sanchez, Las Galeras, Las Terrenas, El Limon) and enjoy the many and beautiful beaches in this region (Coson, Rincon, Fronton...), dozens and dozens of beaches, each more beautiful than the last. There is also Los Haitises Park and El Limon Waterfall which are worth a trip and humpback whale watching (at one time of year).

Santa Barbara is about ten km from the villa where there are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops...

The weather in the Samana peninsula is very often sunny sometimes rainy.
