Casa Inca is a luxury villa in Playa Las Ballenas, Las Terrenas, Samana Peninsula. The house is 10 yards from the beach, only a small path separates the beach from the beach.

The holiday home for rent has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room with TV, a large covered terrace with garden views and pool. The living room and kitchen are open with large bay windows. The villa is spacious, bright, with all the comforts for a dream holiday in the Dominican Republic.

Casa Inca is located in a quiet location 1.2 miles (2km) from the fishermen's village and the center of the village where guests will find many bars, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, shops, banks... everything needed. Las Terrenas developed well and there is almost everything.

In Las Terrenas and the surroundings guests can enjoy the many beaches (Coson, Bonita beach, Morron, El Limon beach, Barbacoa...) some of which are still virgins.
