Description of El Portillo Residences
El Portillo Residences is a luxury apartment complex with 1,2 or 3 bedrooms located between Las Terrenas and El Limon, Peninsula of Samana, in the north-east of the Dominican Republic.
The apartments are luxurious, the rooms are air-conditioned, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare good meals, the living room which also serves as a dining room has a large flat-screen TV. They all have a balcony overlooking the gardens, the pool or the sea. Some apartments have a jacuzzi on the terrace.
El Portillo Residences has a very large swimming pool, a gourmet restaurant, a bar, a beach area reserved for guests, each apartment has its own parking space.
The region of Samana is one of the most beautiful in the Dominican Republic with miles of beaches (Coson beach, Bonita beach, Playa Las Ballenas, Playa Fronton, Rincon beach...) and many excursions (El Limon Waterfall, Los Haitises Park...). The village of Las Terrenas is only 2.5 miles (4 km) from the residence where guests can find restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies... everything you need for a good holiday.
