The Caoba residence is a small complex of 8 apartments with a swimming pool and a pretty tropical garden which is located in the center of Las Terrenas, Samana peninsula, in the northeast of the Dominican Republic.

The residence is located near the main street of the village but far enough away to be quiet. The secure establishment has a car park, a swimming pool and a garden. The apartments are rented for short term for holidays or for longer periods for those who wish to live and discover the Dominican Republic.

The Caoba residence is close to everything, no need for a vehicle to go to the restaurant, the beach, the supermarket, the pharmacy, the bank... everything is nearby. However to visit the beautiful Samana peninsula you will have to either rent a vehicle or take the bus (guagua). Las Terrenas and the Samana Peninsula is one of the most beautiful regions with dozens of fantastic beaches (Las Ballenas, Punta Popy, Coson, El Limon beach, Rincon Las Galeras, Fronton...) and magnificent landscapes suitable for walks.
